About Your Inspection

Here is What to Expect from Beginning to End

During Your Inspection

No matter where you are in the real estate process, your inspection with Jacquemain Home Inspection LLC is built to be educational, thorough, and stress-free. From the first call to the final handoff of your report, you will have a professional who communicates clearly and stays focused on your best interests throughout the entire visit.

Marc personally conducts every inspection, bringing close to three decades of construction knowledge to the property. You are welcome and encouraged to be present during your inspection. Walking along gives you a chance to see findings firsthand, ask questions in real time, and come away with a genuine understanding of what you are dealing with. We follow the InterNACHI Standards of Practice, which set the framework for what a thorough, professional inspection looks like from start to finish.

After Your Inspection

When the walkthrough is complete, we will take a few minutes to go over the overall condition of the home with you and your agent. We will highlight anything that warrants prompt attention and point out items that are worth monitoring as routine maintenance down the road. All of this will be captured in your Spectora report, delivered in both HTML and PDF formats, with photos and plain-language descriptions attached to every finding. You will not be left wondering what something means or what to do next.
